Cinnamon bread tree

Sharon found a recipe for a festive looking cinnamon bread.

As written the recipe makes four trees each of which would serve 8-10.

I found this approach simpler than the more traditional cinnamon roll.

      I am happy at how well the two we froze (unglazed) reheated.
      After defrosting overnight, a minute in the microwave
      and then glaze individual servings.

      I tweaked the glaze: powdered sugar, a vitamine C tablet put
      through the coffee grinder, and just enough fresh orange juice
      to make a thick glaze.
