Sometimes it is fun to mix things up and serve a salad in a form that makes it into finger food.
This follows my Master Salad System and then wraps it in a tortilla.
A tortilla for the wrap with a spoon full of salad dressing spread over it. Then greens and spinach. Some roasted carrots (or other veggies). Cranberries.
Then some slivered almonds, three grated cheeses that make you happy, and some chopped lunch meat (pastrami in this case). Finish with a few grinds of coriander, grains of paradise, and long pepper (or spices of your choice, but I am a big fan of coriander on salads).
Then roll it up and serve.
For a fancier look you can then slice it into smaller pieces. This can make it an interesting way to serve salad portions at a party. But today was more a "food as fuel" kind of day.
